HOW TO TRADE
OPTION SELLING (WRITING)

ENTRY

Once sale signal is generated in 3 minutes chart, then find low value of the candle - 7 points will be entry.

Example;- sell signal (any call options)in 3 minutes charts @ 100 that candle low 96 , so our entry price will be 90.

PROFIT BOOKING


Take entry with the 2 lots, cover one lot at 10 points profit and continue to hold the 2nd lot till end of the day or till stop loss hit.


EXIT & STOP LOSS --- 1st METHOD (SIGNAL TO SIGNAL)


Book or maintain trailing stop loss @ 60% profit. Example- we short 100 Rs then exit 40 Rs.

If in 3 minute chart, there is a buy signal, and then take the high + 7 points as a stop loss for sale. if sl hit, exit, if not then continue to hold the position.

EXIT & STOP LOSS ---2nd METHOD (ENTRY 3 MINUTES & EXIT 1 MINUTES CHART)

Book or maintain trailing stop loss @ 60% profit. Example- we short 100 Rs then exit 40 Rs.

If in 1 minute chart, there is a buy signal, and then take the high + 7 points as a stop loss for sale. if sl hit, exit, if not then continue to hold the position.
